Discharge stations for emptying big bags and filling stations for filling them, for granules, regrind, powder and PET flakes. Modular construction on a steel frame.

The granule stations are for free-flowing granules. They can be emptied through a suction box with suction probes, or through a rotary valve under the bin: 3 to 6 tonnes per hour with DN200, 6 to 10 tonnes per hour with DN250. Filling stations
- Filling station with manual butterfly valve DN200, filling pipe with bag clamp and four load hooks
- Dosing filling station with weighing platform up to 2000 kg and dosing valve coarse, fine and closed
- Overfill protection with level sensor on the filling pipe
- Filled by vacuum or pressure conveying

Frequently asked questions about big bag stations
Forklift or chain hoist?
With a lifting frame you place the big bag in the station with the forklift. With an electric chain hoist the station lifts the big bag itself; the large stations of 1450 litres and more always have a hoist.
Which bin do I need?
A bin of 2000 litres takes a complete big bag in one go. A smaller bin gives a lower overall height.
Can a discharge station also handle powder?
Yes, in the powder version with docking device and filters. For poorly flowing powder, a massaging device, a vibrator or fluidisation is available.
