Flexible indoor silos with a steel frame and a bag of breathable polyester fabric, from 3 to 77 m³. For granules, regrind and grit; for powder with a coated fabric.

The dimensions can be adapted to the floor area and the height of your hall. Larger silos up to 60 tonnes by arrangement.

- Steel frame in RAL 9005, supplied as a kit with anchors
- Bag of tear-resistant, breathable polyester fabric that dissipates static charge
- Hopper 80°, outlet height approx. 600 mm
- Operating temperature up to 70 °C
Filling and discharge
- Filling from the bulk tanker through a filling line DN100 with Storz A coupling
- Filling from bags and big bags with a silo filling station
- Filling with a hopper loader on the silo roof
- Discharge through a suction box with 1, 2, 4 or 6 connections, for suction probes ø38 to ø84 mm
- Agitator for material that flows poorly

Frequently asked questions about flexible silos
Does a flexible silo need a permit or a foundation?
No. The silo stands indoors on a level hall floor and is fixed with anchors. A permit and a silo foundation, as with an outdoor silo, are not needed.
Which materials is a flexible silo suitable for?
For granules, regrind and grit. For powder, a coated fabric or filter fabric is available.
Flexible silo or BM silo?
A flexible silo is made of fabric and always stands indoors. A BM silo is made of galvanised steel and can also stand outdoors.
