Description

Slide gate valve for vacuum conveying of plastic granules, from ø40 to ø88.9 mm. Opens and closes the material or vacuum line over the full cross-section, also during conveying and also with glass-fibre-filled granules.

  • Version with solenoid valve: 24 V DC, pneumatic connector 6 and 8 mm included

Control

  • Without solenoid valve: pneumatically operated, without electrical control.
  • Normally open (NO): slide open by default.
  • Normally closed (NC): slide closed by default.

Several slide gate valves can be controlled with one solenoid valve.

Position sensor

Optional, one per slide gate valve. The sensor reports the position of the slide to the control system. Switching contact NO, 10 to 30 V DC, max. 150 mA, IP67, cable 2 m, supplied loose. Item number KLP-SENSOR.
