Octabin unloader for octabins and big bags
Unloader for octabins and big bags, also called an octabin discharge station. A vibrating suction head with suction probe hangs from a gantry and follows the material down.

- The liner is raised automatically, so the remainder is also picked up

How it works
- Place the octabin or big bag centrally under the suction head.
- Pull the inner liner over the lifting ring and clamp it. With a big bag, hang the loops on the hooks.
- Start the station. The suction head follows the material down and the lifting ring pulls the liner up, so that the remainder runs to the suction probe.
You can also operate the suction head and the lifting ring by hand. You set the point of the empty signal yourself; a signal lamp indicates it.
