On mobile material bins with integrated level monitoring and lid lock, these parts are already fitted and wired at the factory. The bins are available <a href=\"\/en\/shop\/storage\/material-bins\/mobile-material-bins\/mobile-material-bin-with-lid-lock-round\/\">round in 120 and 215 litres<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/shop\/storage\/material-bins\/mobile-material-bins\/mobile-material-bin-with-lid-lock-square\/\">square in 200 litres<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Less installation and wiring work<\/h2>\n<p>Because the parts are already fitted and wired, there is no need to install the low-level sensor, lid lock and signal lamp separately. You connect the bin to your control system and determine there which action follows each signal. Think of a warning at a low material level or releasing the lid when refilling is allowed.<\/p>\n<h2>What should you look out for when connecting?<\/h2>\n<p>One plug keeps the connection simple, but the bin does not automatically work on every system. Check in advance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Electrical:<\/strong> do the supply voltage, signals and pin assignment match your control system? The pin assignment is on the type plate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low-level signal:<\/strong> which action should follow when the bin is almost empty?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lid lock:<\/strong> when may the lid be opened, and what happens in the event of a power failure?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signal lamp:<\/strong> which state does the lamp indicate?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suction:<\/strong> does the suction box match your <a href=\"\/en\/product-category\/suction-probes\/\">suction probe<\/a> and conveying hose?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A lid lock does not check which granules are being refilled. If you want to prevent the wrong material being fed in, additional measures are needed, such as material identification.<\/p>\n<h2>When do you choose this version?<\/h2>\n<p>This version is suitable if you want to monitor the material level and control the opening of the lid via the control system.
